You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section. You'll find a tracking number for each order that you can use to see real-time updates.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click 'Cancel Order'. If it's already shipped, you'll need to use our return process.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below that, standard shipping charges of ₹50 apply. Express delivery is available for ₹150 extra.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery takes 2-3 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Some items like undergarments and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To return a product, log into your account, go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click 'Return Item'. Follow the instructions to schedule a pickup. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000.
